How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After order placement and inventory adjustments take place, the order goes to the warehouse or to the facility that sends the order to the customer. Here’s a high-level view of how this typically works: A warehouse employee gets the order and performs a process known as pick, pack and ship. After an order is placed, it will appear as “processing.” This means the order is in the process of being picked, packed and prepared for shipment. Some order processing systems will notify customers during each step of the process, from order placement to delivery.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Your order confirmation is not an invoice. As soon as your order is picked and dispatched an invoice will be generated and sent to your nominated email address. Your invoice will include shipping costs and exclude any items that were out of stock at the time of picking the goods.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We are accepting all type of debit and credit cards, paypal payment, crypto, etc.
What is the current turnaround time for orders?
All orders ship out within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Yes, really. It’s that quick!

How much is shipping?
Shipping cost for our body kits is a flat price of EUR 550.

We charge a shipping rate depending on the weight of your order. The shipping rate will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are normally picked up by UPS/TNT/DHL and DHL aviation Cargo, within 2-3 business days after your order is placed and sometimes even the same day!
For shipments within Europe, USA, UK, UAE, delivery time is normally 5-7 business days.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we do! We offer local pickup as early as the next day. The pickup location is in Tirana, Albania. For pickup orders, simply select the Local Pickup option at checkout when placing your order and we will contact you with a time and location for pickup. If that time doesn’t work for you, we can arrange one that will better accommodate you.
What will my package look like? Is there any assembly required?
No assembly is required. Our products are sealed and compressed into a box for shipping purposes.
Once removed from the packaging, the compressed foam will quickly begin to take form and expand. Depending on how long it has been in the box for, it can take anywhere from 24 hours to 2 weeks for the foam to fully expand and strengthen to its final form.
Due to compression, wrinkles in the fabric are inevitable. Steam will take these out right away. Alternatively, they will come out on their own with use.
How long can I keep the body kit in the box once it arrives?
You can keep the body kits compressed or sealed in the box for up to 2 weeks after it arrives. However, it is best to remove the contents from their box and paint on the car color. The body kits are coming ready to be painted with the car color and are previously painted with primary paint.
How much does it weigh?
Body kits weigh 22 kg.
What fabric are the bodykits made from?
The fabric is located in Albania, and the material is fiberglass composition.

Yes, the material we use is safe and has all the EU requirements. Our primary material is bought in Italy. The handmade process is made in Al

YES! The body kits are coming with the installment instructions.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes. As long as your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can certainly cancel or modify your order. Please contact us immediately via email if you would like to cancel or modify your order.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. This is because our accessories are sealed and compressed in a box for shipping purposes. Once the seal is broken it is difficult to reseal them.
Once your order is shipped, we cannot cancel it. If you would like to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately.
If after the products are delivered you realize that the item is not as described we GUARANTEE to return the 100% money back
